Located by the beautiful river Gannel, in the Pentire end of town, the house was built in 2001 to a modern and contemporary standard.

Its south facing garden allows you to enjoy stunning views and watch the sun set across the river and estuary, whilst in the privacy of a mature garden.

The Property is decorated to a high standard and comprises 4 bedrooms: 1 master en-suite with a brand new 6ft super kingsize bed, colour 28 inch tv/video, with stunning views across the river, another double with double bed and same riverviews, and 2 smaller rooms to the front of the house with twin bunk beds. Adjoining the dining room, the lounge has a 30 inch Sony television, Sky/DVD and integrated Technics stereo system with multiple cd player. Stunning views can also be enjoyed from the lounge.

The kitchen is small but very well equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, Neff gas cooker and oven and 6ft Smeg fridge and freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The garden is enclosed and has outside dining furniture, new gas BBQ and outdoor patio heater for Alfresco cooking. 2 small grass lawns to the side are ideal for the kids or any family pets.

There are washing/ drying and ironing facilities, a constant supply of hot water and gas central heating, which are included in the tariff. All bed linen is supplied but personal hand/ bath towels are not.

At the front of the house there is parking for 2 cars.
