If you're looking for accommodation that is situated in a quiet, peaceful location but within 7 mins walking distance from either the famous Fistral Beach, the town centre, or the River Gannel then Riverview is the ideal place for you.

Located by the beautiful river Gannel, in the Pentire end of town, the house was built in 2001 to a modern and contemporary standard.

Its south facing garden allows you to enjoy stunning views and watch the sun set across the river and estuary, whilst in the privacy of a mature garden.

The Property has been fully recarpeted and redecorated to a high standard.Comprising of 4 bedrooms: The main master bedroom is en-suite with stunning views accross the river, it has a 6ft super Kingsize Bed and wall mounted 42" plasma Tv(with sky & dvd player).

The second double room has the same views accross the river, a 5ft double bed and a plasma tv also. 2 smaller rooms to the front of the house have twin Bunk beds.Upstairs there is also a main bathroom with toilet, bath and power shower.

Downstairs a tiled Mediterranean styled dining room has a 6 or 8 seater oak table and french doors which open out onto extended decking, and a south facing garden overlooking the river Gannel. Adjoining the dining room is the lounge.

In the lounge there is a brand new 3 & 2 seater sofa and pouf to allow plenty of seating. It has a 42" plasma with full sky package and sky plus. An integrated Bose sound system with multi cd stack can be enjoyed whether in the lounge or dining room.Beautiful views can also be enjoyed from the lounge and dining room which are both south facing.

The kitchen is small but very well equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, Neff gas cooker and oven and 6ft Smeg fridge and freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The Garden is hopefully where you'll be spending most of your time. We cannot promise the weather, but if the sun is shining you wont find a better place to enjoy your holiday. An enclosed, private tiered garden lets you enjoy the most beautiful sunsets while your eating alfresco on the outside furniture.

A Large cornish stone- real fireplace with grill and bbq rotisserie is there for the cook of the house, or it can be used as an outdoor log fire while your polishing off the wine!.If your feeling lazy there's a Gas BBQ and an outdoor patio heater. 2 connected ponds with running falls help you relax & 2 small grass lawns to the side are ideal for the kids.The garden has under shrub lighting to allow you to dine out well into the evening.

There are washing/ drying and ironing facilities, a constant supply of hot water and gas central heating, which are included in the tariff. All bed linen is supplied but personal hand/ bath towels are not.

At the front of the house there is parking for 2 cars
